004This dish is our go to dish!  We love pasta- our favorite gluten free pastas are the rice and corn pastas and the quinoa pasta!  Simple is better for this dish- no sauce- just fresh mozzarella, some black olives and a little of the pasta water(we also like to add grape or cherry tomatoes too).  Top it off with some parmesan cheese, dried/fresh oregano or basil and italian seasoning!  So Simple and So Yummy 🙂
