016(I like to write what we are having for dinner on a cute little chalkboard that I have in my kitchen)

I saw this recipe in a magazine and thought it looked really good so I added my own twist and here it is!  What a refreshing and light dish! I am having a Sisters Dinner in a few weeks, this dish will be perfect! My husband really likes greek food, greek salad is one of his favorites so this dish he really liked!

Cut up an entire cucumber, quarter about a cup of grape tomatoes, cut about a cup of kalamata olives in half and put these three ingredients in a bowl.  Cook about 8 oz. of gluten free pasta, I used penne, and put the cooked pasta into the bowl with the cucumbers,  olives and tomatoes and mix together.  Depending on your taste, you can add more or less of the cucumbers, olives and tomatoes.  We love olives so I put more olives in.  Pour about 1/4 cup of olive oil in a mason jar along with 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, 2 teaspooons of dried oregano and dried basil and salt and pepper to taste and shake until it mixes well.  Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well.  Sprinkle about a cup of feta cheese on top!  DELISH 🙂

This is the mason jar with the dressing in it, it’s a good way to mix it all together really well!

Yummy Greek Pasta Salad!
