This is something that My Little Gluten Free Girl and I made up- we love pizza and she loves rice… here is pizza rice!

Pizza Rice

Chop half an onion and half of a green pepper, saute in a pan with olive oil.  Add about 20 pieces of pepperoni sliced up to the pan.  Chop about half of a can of black olives and add to the pan.  Stir in a can of diced tomatoes and a 4 oz. can of tomato sauce.  Add 2 cups of rice and bring up to a quick boil to cook the rice.  Add about 3 tablespoons of pesto and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.  Stir together well and top off with 2 teaspoons of basil and oregano.  Super Delish 🙂
