I have discovered that I really like the flavors of Greek ingredients.  So I was thinking about making some kind of egg dish with them, this is what I came up with!  It really turned out nice and yummy!  I took the Greek ingredients that my family enjoys and I created a delicious and easy egg bake which I made on a rainy Sunday morning!

Greek Egg Bake


Chop up about 1/2 cup of kalamata olives, 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers and 1/2 of a red onion.  Whisk up 7 eggs and mix in the olives, roasted red peppers and red onion.


I chopped up a few fresh basil leaves and some fresh oregano, add into egg mixture with a little salt.


Add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.  Bake in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.  So Good 🙂
