These were so yummy- My Little Gluten Free Girl and I just ate them up!  They were so fun and bright to make because I decided to use all of the colored bell peppers that I had so I used orange, yellow, red and green!  They really turned out yummy and fun!  We don’t miss the traditional crust of a pizza when we can use something like this and it tastes so good!


Colorful Deep Dish Bell Pepper Pizzas


Cut any kind of bell pepper you like in half to make the crust of the pizza (make sure to take out the seeds and the stem) place in a baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 16-18 minutes.  Take out of the oven but leave the oven on.


Take any tomato sauce you like and put some on each pepper.  For the toppings, you can really choose any pizza topping you want to put on the pepper.  We like black olives and pepperoni on ours.  Top with mozzarella cheese and I also added some fresh basil and oregano along with some dried italian seasoning.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.  So yummy 🙂
