I took My Little Gluten Free Girl and My Sweet Boy to the Farmers Market today and it was so much fun!  I decided whatever we saw that looked good we would get and create dinner tonight with it!  I was so excited with what we got and I already had an idea in mind by the time we left- here is what we made with our fresh goods 🙂


Our Farmers Market Meal


This is what we got at the Farmers Market to make our fresh and yummy meal!  Kale, Zucchini and Red Potatoes.


We cut up these yummy red potatoes and put them in a large pan to sauté. 


Next we threw in a bunch of baby bella mushrooms which go so well with the red potatoes.  Let those cook up until they get a little brown.  Salt as you go.  I used fresh rosemary from my herb garden and oh my goodness that fresh rosemary smells so good when it hits the pan on those mushrooms and potatoes.


Next we threw in 1/2 of a chopped onion and some zucchini coins.


Throw in the kale at the end and let sauté for just a minute.  I added a little dried oregano, dried basil and garlic seasoning and a bit more salt.


It was so fun to use what we just bought at the Farmers Market to create a super fresh meal!  YUM 🙂
