I used to make this when I worked at a pizza place in my hometown back in the day and it is still as good as I remember 🙂

Throw Back Cheese Toast

Take 2 pieces of gluten free bread and spread just a little mayo on each piece. ( I like the mayo with olive oil in it)  Chop up 1/2 of a white onion.

Put 4 pieces of pepperoni on each piece of bread.

Chop up 1/2 of a can of black olives.

Sprinkle a little onion and olive on each piece and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.  Put the bread on a baking sheet and put into the oven at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or so until the cheese melts and the crust gets nice and toasty brown.
