This was a quick and easy lunch that I made to satisfy our craving of pasta.  Literally a 3 ingredient dish!  These are 3 ingredients that I always have on hand…..pesto, pasta and fresh mozzarella 🙂

Pesto and Fresh Mozzarella Pasta

Just cook gluten free pasta according to package directions.  Pour into a big bowl.

Put in 4 big Tablespoons of basil pesto (homemade or store bought) and stir a little to get it all over the pasta.  Cut up about 5 pieces of fresh mozzarella and mix in with the pasta and pesto. Nice and Easy Lunch 🙂
