Ok, so I love my Chili!  Seriously, as soon as I feel a little bit of fall weather, I make my chili!  So I made some last week when the cooler weather came, which we love 🙂  My Little Gluten Free Girl ate it all up which I love too 🙂  SO GOOD!!!

My Fabulous Fall Chili


Brown up one pound of hamburger.


While this is going, chop up 1 onion and 3 stalks of celery and 1 orange bell pepper and set aside.


When the hamburger is done, put it all into a crock pot.  Toss in the bell pepper, celery and onion.


Add in 1 can of red kidney beans, 1 can of chili beans, one 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of cumin and 1 tablespoon of salt.  Put on low for 6 hours.


Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream and any other toppings you want.  So yummy and filling and so easy because it just cooks in the crock pot all day 🙂
