Ok, so I truly enjoy making pizza with non traditional crusts that make pizza gluten free and this definitely falls into that category!  So good!  The crust is just made out of cauliflower and you make the rest of the pizza how you usually would.

Cauliflower Pizza

So you take a head of cauliflower and put it in a food processor and blend it up until it looks like this :

After you blend it, put it in the microwave for about 4 minutes covered.  After it’s done, take it out of the microwave and let it cool.  You then have to drain the cauliflower because it has so much water in it that it will make the crust soggy.  So, just put it all in a clean towel and ring it out.

Ok, that was the hardest part.  Now that you have your cauliflower ready all you need to do is mix in 1 egg along with 1/4 cup of parmesan, 1/4 cup of mozzarella and a pinch of oregano, basil and salt.  Mix with your hands until the egg is all mixed in.

You then just spread it all out onto a greased baking sheet.  Spread it out like a pizza crust.

Bake it in a 450 degree oven for about 9-11 minutes.

Take it out and spread on your pizza sauce and put all of your favorite toppings on and top it off with mozzarella cheese or whatever cheese you like.  We used one 4 ounce can of tomato sauce.  We put pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives on our pizza and added a little dried basil, oregano and italian seasoning.  We sprinkled mozzarella and a little cheddar cheese on top and baked it until the cheese melted which is another 5-7 minutes or so.

Take out of the oven and let rest a few minutes before cutting into it.
