These are so yummy and really fun!  My Little Gluten Free Girl loves tuna salad so I wanted to come up with some fun ways to eat it!  This is one of them because she loves cucumbers!

Tuna Salad Cucumber Bites

To make the tuna salad I used 2 cans of tuna in water, drained.  Use a fork to mix the tuna up in a bowl and add in about 1 cup of mayo and 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, I usually just eyeball these two things and add more to taste.  Chop up 1 can of black olives and chop up about 5 dill pickles to put into the tuna salad.  Finish with a dash of salt.

Take 1 cucumber and just slice round discs fairly thick and set out on a plate.

Top off with a spoonful of the tuna salad.
