I saw this on The Chew and had to try it my way so I made it for breakfast for my husband and My Little Gluten Free Girl and they really enjoyed it, as did I 🙂

Egg Breakfast Sandwich

First, crack an egg in a ramekin for each sandwich you are making,  Spray the ramekins with cooking spray first so it comes out easier.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast up a piece of gluten free bread for each sandwich, place a piece of gluten free cheese on top of the toast.  I put a piece of gluten free ham in a skillet for a few minutes just to crisp it up a bit, put the piece of ham on top of the cheese.

Take out the eggs and put the egg on top to finish off the sandwich!  It’s an open faced egg breakfast sandwich gluten free style!  Gluten Free and Yummy 🙂
