This was so fun and so yummy 🙂  My Little Gluten Free Girl loves a good salad – she will eat a salad everyday!  So, for her 4th birthday I thought having a salad bar would be perfect!  Here is what we did 🙂  

Salad Bar


I put out a big bowl of iceberg lettuce to start it off.  For the toppings, I had to have black olives of course!  I also added some green olives, green peppers, red peppers, peperoncini, red tomatoes and orange tomatoes, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots, celery, shredded cheddar cheese, feta cheese, almond slices and pickles.  We had such a great time 🙂


I put all kinds of different dressings out for people to choose from.  I had Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Ranch, Caesar, Balsamic Vinegar and Raspberry Vinaigrette.

We also had fruit, meat and cheeses to compliment the salad bar.

My Mom made a non gluten free cake and my Mother in Law made a gluten free cake and cupcakes!
