This is basically a turkey sandwich with no bread!  Really easy and My Little Gluten Free Girl loves these!

Turkey Roll Ups


I cooked a few pieces of gluten free deli turkey in a skillet and melted a little shredded cheddar cheese on top.


I added some pickles on top of the cheese and we rolled it up and ate it like a sandwich with no bread!

You don’t have to cook the turkey, just cold turkey would be good too.  You can put whatever else you like in there and roll it up!  A great way to get some protein in!
