We had a very happy house the other morning when I made these for a lazy Saturday breakfast!  My husband and My Little Gluten Free Girl loves bacon so these bowls were a hit.  I really liked it with scrambled eggs in them, my husband and daughter just liked eating the bacon bowls with nothing in them 🙂  I saw something on TV that you could buy to make these but then I saw an easier way to do it with something you already have at home!  These were fun and they turned out really good!

Bacon Bowls


I used one entire package of raw bacon.  Just wrap 1 piece around an upside down muffin tin, I tore a second piece in half and wrapped it on the bottom.  Do that until you run out of bacon.


Put it in a 400 degree oven until crisp, mine took about 20 minutes or so, maybe a little more.  Make sure you put the muffin tin on a baking sheet to catch the grease.


I just took off the bacon with a fork and filled them with scrambled eggs.  You could fill them with anything you like.
