Oh my gosh- we visited Grandma and Grandpa this past weekend and My Little Gluten Free Girl made Grandma’s classic deviled eggs with Grandma! So much fun and of course gluten free! My Little Gluten Free Girl loves eggs so deviled eggs are a perfect snack and of course they are perfect for Easter which is coming up soon!
Grandma’s Classic Deviled Eggs
First, My Little Gluten Free Girl colored Easter Eggs, a little early but while we were visiting Grandma and Grandpa we decided to color some eggs because they love doing that at Grandma’s house 🙂
After having fun doing Easter Eggs, we of course peeled the eggs and rinsed them a little bit. Cut them in half and took out the yolks putting them in a separate bowl. Grandma and My Little Gluten Free Girl mixed a few dashes of yellow mustard along with a few dashes of mayo with the yolks, Grandma likes to beat them with a beater instead of by hand. Add in a few pinches of salt and pepper.
After it’s all mixed together well, spoon into the halves of the eggs.
Grandma likes to add green olives on top so My Little Gluten Free Girl got Grandma’s olive pincher and started getting the olives out of the jar to put on top of the eggs 🙂
Gluten Free and Yummy 🙂
That was a fun time…..now that we have practiced we will be able to do eggs etc. when its closer to Easter. Of course
Deviled Eggs are always a good snack, or appetizer!!!!
