My guest recipe this time is from my husband 🙂  He makes these and we all love them.  Actually, these are what I ordered on our first date 10 years ago!  So, we created them at home and he does a great job making them.  The cool thing is that they are naturally gluten free!

Tostado Nachos


Cook up a can of refried beans.  My husband adds a little salsa and cheddar cheese into the beans while warming up on the stove.


Next, just lay gluten free tortilla chips on a baking sheet and put a spoonful of the refried beans on each chip.


Top off with some shredded cheddar cheese and put under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.


Take out and serve right away with a dollop of guacamole on top if you wish or sour cream.
