This was so yummy that My Little Gluten Free Girl just ate it right out of the bowl and didn’t even put it on her toast.  I had toast with it and it was so good either way!

Avocado and Feta Toast

Really simple and it can be a snack or a meal!  

Smash up one avocado in a bowl and add in about 1 tablespoon of feta cheese.

Mix it up well and add in about 1/2 cup of chopped up tomato.

 Finish with a little sea salt and eat right out of the bowl as a snack or serve on toast for a delicious breakfast or lunch!
