This is a shout out to my brother Lee!  I remember him making these when I was young on Sunday’s after church and they were such a fun treat!  I made them the same way except My Little Gluten Free Girl just ate the Sausage and Eggs without the burrito which was just as yummy!  You could do a corn tortilla for a gluten free burrito!

Sausage and Egg Breakfast Burritos


I browned up one pound of sausage in a skillet and put it aside.


Then, I scrambled about 4 eggs.


Put some of the sausage and some of the eggs in a gluten free corn tortilla and add a touch of salsa on top.  Or, just combine the sausage and eggs on a plate without the tortilla and finish with a touch of salsa!
