These are delicious and fun for a snack or an appetizer!  They only require a few ingredients which you probably already have on hand.

Parmesan Tomato Melts

Slice a few tomatoes in nice flat slices and put on a baking sheet.

Season with a little pinch of salt.

Mix about 1/4 of a cup of mayo, 1/4 of a cup of shredded parmesan and 1/4 of a cup of shredded mozzarella along with about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic together in a bowl.

Spread the mixture on top of each tomato slice and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
