This is really fun and easy to put together for a delicious and healthy salad to eat for a snack or as a quick meal.  My Little Gluten Free Girl loves this and so does her Daddy 🙂

Tomato and Avocado Salad


Slice up a few tomatoes and arrange on a plate.  Slice up 1 avocado and arrange on top of the tomatoes.  Sprinkle a little feta cheese on top along with a pinch of sea salt.  I used a drizzle of dill olive oil and a little drizzle of lemon olive oil which really made the dish sing 🙂  You could use regular olive oil as well!
