I saw these on The Pioneer Woman, one of my favorite cooking shows, and so I had to try them!  Super easy and a really cute Easter treat!  Of course I had to make them Gluten Free by using Gluten Free Rice Krispies however, they stopped making them, so if you can’t find Gluten Free Rice Krispies you can use Fruity Pebbles.

Rice Krispie Eggs

Just make a batch of Gluten Free Rice Krispie Bars as you normally would.  All you need to do is use Gluten Free Rice Krispies or Fruity Pebbles Cereal is Gluten Free as well, so that is another option.  Of course if your not worried about making them Gluten Free,  just use regular Rice Krispies.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add in one bag of mini marshmallows until it all melts together.

To that, add about 5 cups of Gluten Free Rice Krispies or other Gluten Free Cereal and mix together really well.

Take a plastic egg, wash it out really good.  Spray the inside of the plastic egg with a little cooking spray and spray your hands with a little cooking spray as well.  Take a bit of the rice krispie mixture and put some inside the egg and squeeze down to make an egg shape.
