This was so easy to whip up and so good for a weeknight meal!  My husband really enjoyed it and so did My Little Gluten Free Girl, which makes me happy 🙂

Quick Chicken Parmesan

I bought really good gluten free raw chicken tenders and just put them all in a pan over medium heat with a little lemon olive oil.  I put a little salt on each side along with some dried basil.

Cooked them about 4 minutes on the first side and about 4 more minutes on the other side.

I then poured in a can of basil and garlic tomato sauce.  Sprinkled shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each piece of chicken.  Covered it for about 5 more minutes until the cheese melted.

A really simple yet satisfying weekday meal!  Gluten Free and Yummy 🙂
