This was so fun to create after school this week for an after school snack!  It was so simple and we just used snacks that we already had around the house!

Kite Snack

Just take one piece of gluten free bread and cut it in a square, arrange it so it looks like a kite.  Cut two little triangles out of cheese and arrange those on the kite.  We used a red pepper for the kite string and some triangles of cheese for the ties on the kite string.

We used My Little Gluten Free Girl’s favorite popcorn for the clouds in the sky!
