These were so fun and different and tasty!  My Little Gluten Free Girl was surprised at how much she liked them for a snack after school!  I saw these on a cooking show and we just had to make them our own 🙂  They are nachos but instead of using tortilla chips you use potato chips!  Add any ingredients you like to make them your own!

Pizza Potato Chipchos


So, this is a fun take on Nachos!  Instead of using tortilla chips we used potato chips!  First layer on the bottom of a casserole dish, ripple potato chips!  Second layer, a few tablespoons of your favorite gluten free pizza sauce.  Add your favorite toppings, we added black olives, red pepper and pepperoni and the final layer is 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.  We also sprinkled a bit of shredded parmesan cheese and a pinch of dried oregano!


Just put under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melts!
