My Little Gluten Free Girl loves everything and anything in a Jambalaya as long as I don’t make it to spicy!  This is a quick go to on any night for a really satisfying meal for all of us!!!  (even my son likes it)

Our Jazzy Jambalaya

I just buy the box of Zatarain’s Jambalaya mix and follow the directions on the box.  It’s pretty darn tasty and gluten free and a very easy weeknight meal!  

You can add in any kind of protein that you like to the rice mix.

I add in polish sausage, but shrimp would be great in this as well!

I slice up the polish sausage into diagonal pieces, throw them in a skillet to brown up a little bit before putting into the jambalaya mix.
